Players who are chosen for an ALL STAR team will have until June 5th, 2026 to complete their paperwork with the league.

Items You Will Need To Bring:
1.We will need a valid Birth Certificate or proof of age from ALL Players. 

2. Either verify with documents or via school enrollment.

-Bring a document from EACH of the three categories listed below.

4. Payment (if applicable) via check, cash, or credit card.
